26-year-old Amber Lucero, has numerous charges Assault, Disorderly conduct, criminal damage, theft and false reporting. In her most recent arrest, she is being charged with Participation in a Criminal Syndicate she is being held on a $25,000 bond.
Anthony Alexander, pleaded guilty in September 2010 to a single charge of manslaughter, which is a dangerous nature offense and a Class 2 felony, in the shooting death of Michael Amado, 40.
Anthony T. Mirro is a career criminal and was arrested 3 times in August 2012. Once for theft and twice for shoplifting, In October, 2012, arrested on a charge of felony shoplifting. On December 26th, 2012, arrested after being detained by a homeowner on Railroad Avenue after trying to steal a bicycle from the homeowner's yard. In January 2013, Mirro was arrested 3 times. Gila County Deputies arrested him for burglary. In the same month, arrested on charges of fraud, and arrested at a residence on Grover Canyon on a warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He is currently incarcerated.

Globe Salvation Army Major, Brenda Smith, was arrested for murder in Pennsylvania. The Lewistown Sentinel reports that the 54 year old grandmother was charged with criminal homicide after police discovered her son-in-law dead at his home in Mifflintown. Smith changed her story several times but finally confessed to shooting the man in the head at close range. She is being held at the Mifflin County Pennsylvania Correctional Facility.
Christopher Conners was charged with Attempted Murder in the Gila County Superior Court for the September 29 shooting of 23-year-old Tara Radke. He has since been convicted of Aggravated Assault and Domestic Violence and is currently incarcerated in the Arizona Department of Corrections system.
Redondo was charged in the murder of Gilbert Police Lt. Eric Shuhandler, whom he gunned down during a traffic stop on Jan. 28, 2010. This has yet to got to trial. He pleaded guilty in Gila County Superior Court on March 20. 2012 to the first-degree murder of Miami resident, Ernie Singh, that occurred on June 24, 2009, seven months before he gunned down the Gilbert Police Lt. Eric Shuhandler. He was sentenced by Judge Peter Cahill to life in prison without the possibility of parole on the earlier charges.
Former Gila County Sheriff’s Office, Chief Administrator and self proclaimed Commander, Claudia Dalmolin pleaded guilty in Superior Court to Aggravated DUI with a Child Under the Age of 15 in the Car, Reckless Driving and Leaving the Scene of and Accident. Dalmolin was sentenced to 30-days in Jail, 100 hours community service and 2 years probation on all charges. She will also be required to have an interlock device installed on her vehicle.
On Sept. 22, 2011, Daniel Alonzo, a 70-year-old retired Sheriff’s deputy, entered a plea agreement on two of the seven charges brought against him involving sexual conduct with a minor. Alonzo pleaded guilty to one count of attempted sexual conduct with a minor, a class 3 felony and dangerous crime against children, and to one count of sexual conduct with a minor, a class six felony and non-dangerous offense. On count one, Alonzo was sentenced to the minimum sentence of five years in prison. On count three, Alonzo was sentenced to lifetime probation but did not receive the possible three-month prison sentence. Alonzo will also be required to register as a sex offender and pay fees and fines. In the plea agreement, Alonzo agreed to pay $750 for the cost of prosecution assessment to the state. He was also ordered to pay restitution to the victim.
In the accepted plea agreement, the state also agrees to not file any additional charges from events that happened prior to Alonzo’s arrest on Feb. 28, 2011.
In February of 2011, Alonzo was arrested by Gila County Sheriff’s deputies after relatives of the 14-year-old female victim alerted law enforcement of text messages sent by Alonzo to the victim of an inappropriate nature. Alonzo was taken into custody, questioned, and charged with seven counts of sexual conduct with a minor. The contact occurred on multiple occasions between October, 2009 and February, 2011. Alonzo was booked into Gila County Jail but shortly thereafter transferred to Pinal County Jail
43 year old Daniel Flores was arrested in April, 2013 on a warrant for aggravated assault involving a weapon.

35-year-old Gabriel Cabrera’s criminal record which appears to minimal compared to Cruz and Reyes’s, shows a couple of drug charges and a shoplifting charge along with a number of orders of protection filed against him. In his most recent arrest he is charged with Participation in a Criminal Street Gang x 2, Participation in a Criminal Syndicate x 2, Misconduct Involving Weapon in a Drug Offense, Misconduct Involving Weapon Prohibited Possessor and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He is being held on a $30,000 bond.
September 21, 2013, Gasoa Balas was convicted of three domestic violence related offenses following a three day jury trial. Balas is facing a mandatory prison sentence of up to 15 years. The Gila County Attorney’s Office is also prosecuting Balas for an unrelated murder, and that case is set for trial on December 4, 2013.
Former assistant to former Gila County Supervisor, Shirley Dawson, 35-year-old Gina Seymour plead guilty as a part of a plea agreement on Monday in the Gila County Superior Court before Judge Robert Duber. Seymour was charged with Fraudulent Schemes and Theft of controlled Property back in April of this year. As a part of plea agreement, the Fraudulent Schemes charge was dismissed. Factual basis of the plea agreement states, Seymour admits to using the county credit card to purchase over $9,700 on personal items from October of 2012 to December of 2012.
44 year old Miami resident, Henry Moreno arrested for 2 counts of aggravated assault, 1 count of endangerment, and possession of a stolen firearm.
42-year-old Jason Moss, was seen on video slapping a woman in the face, as she carried a small child and a dog. Soon after, he turned around a punched the woman in face. In the video, it appears she put the child and dog down, to tend to her injuries when he hit her again. Moss was arrested the following day by the Gila County Sheriff’s Department.
34 year old Jerry Hinton, along with his brother, 43 year old Sam Hinton, were arrested June 20, 2013 in the area of Cedar and Hill Streets. Jerry Hinton was charged with trafficking in stolen property and Sam Hinton was arrested for outstanding warrants.
Hamlet was charged back in May, 2013 with Aggravated Harassment, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 3 counts of Possession of a Weapon by a Prohibited Person, Threats and Intimidation, Possession Use of a Weapon During a Drug Offence, and Failure to Comply with a Court Order. Hamlet has one prior felony for Aggravated Assault. The Gila County Attorney’s Office requested the bond be increased to ½ million dollars. Judge Duber granted that motion but the following day the Gila County Jail told us tells that Hamlet was in court again that day and his bond is now just $5,000. Hamlet has since been charged with of Criminal Damage and Breaking Property in a Public Jail. His bond in that case was set at $3000.

Arrested in November 2010 along with 34 year old Raymond Hayes and 30 year old, April Carson of Globe. Charged with 6 counts of child abuse and endangerment and 11 counts of animal cruelty. Currently incarcerated.
22-year-old Kyle Chavez was sentenced in the Gila County Superior Court on Monday to nine years in the Arizona Department of Corrections. Chavez was charged with Attempted 2nd Degree Murder and Possession of a Weapon by a Prohibited Person in February of 2013, for the shooting incident on Calle De Loma, that occurred on Friday, January 25, 2013. As a part of a plea agreement offered by the County Attorneys Office, the Second Degree Murder charge was plead down to Aggravated Assault. Prosecutor Shawn Fuller was very adamant that the judge be fully informed about Chavez’s violent criminal history.
Chavez was charged with Attempted 2nd Degree Murder and Possession of a Weapon by a Prohibited Person in February of 2013, for the shooting incident on Calle De Loma, that occurred on Friday, January 25, 2013. He was sentenced on
July 1, 2013 in Gila County Superior Court on Monday to nine years in the Arizona Department of Corrections.
On March 26, 2013 Deputies from the Gila County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center in reference to a report of possible child abuse. The victim three year old Nathaniel Lopez was flown to Phoenix Children’s Hospital with life threatening injuries and succumbed to his injuries later that afternoon. 29 year old, Marcelina Rich and 37 year old, Kyron Grow have been arrested in connection with the death of Nathaniel Lopez.
18-year-old Leroy Fluker, was sentenced in the Gila County Superior Court in front of Judge Robert Duber on Monday on charges related to extremely destructive acts of vandalism at the Globe High School and Lynn’s School of Dance that occurred back in February 2013.
Cruz has a long list of serious charges including Burglary in the first degree, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Misconduct with Weapon by Prohibited Possessor and Misconduct with Weapon During a Felony and Taking Contraband into a Correctional Facility.
29-year-old Marcelina Rich, is the mother of deceased 3-year-old Nathaniel Lopez. She's charged with Second Degree Murder in connection with the death of her son.

Ray Van Buskirk
Ray Van Buskirk, a Former Gila County Sheriff’s Task Force Agent and one time Candidate for Gila County Sheriff. In 2012, he was charged with domestic violence, assault and disorderly conduct. These charges were dismissed in the court, but were reported to AZ Post. Van Buskirk attributed the arrest charges as payback for his run for office, telling The Payson Roundup, “I guess this is what happens when you run for sheriff.”

Roy Reyes is a former Gila County inmate who escaped twice in the past while in custody. He was arrest by the Globe Police Department again on Monday, April 5th, for Criminal Trespass after police were called to do a welfare check on a home.

Gila County Sheriff’s Office arrested 52 year old, Sandra Armendarez, for domestic violence assault on September 2, 2013
Arrested on a felony warrant out of the Gila County Sheriff’s Office and Gila County Superior Court for the following charges: Possession of Dangerous Drugs for Sale, Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Conspiracy to Possess Dangerous Drugs for Sale and transported to the Gila County Jail where she was booked into jail on the felony warrant.
On August 16, 2013, at about 11:50 P.M. Deputies responded to a 911 call at a residence at the end of Six Shooter Canyon Road, in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The suspect later identified as 42 year old, Scott Christopher Laman left in the vehicle returning a short time later at which point several shots were fired and the suspect Scott Laman fled the scene. It was discovered one of the rounds struck and killed 60 year old, Jane Eck. Deputies were able to locate the suspect traveling North on Six Shooter Canyon Road and pursued the suspect onto Ice House Canyon Road. The suspect pulled into a residential area and fled on foot. Deputies continued to pursue Laman on foot taking him into custody after Laman fought with the arresting deputies and continued to resist arrest. Suspect Scott Laman was later transported to a Valley Hospital for treatment for injuries sustained while being taken into custody. Scott Laman is charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Second Degree Murder, Misconduct involving weapons and Unlawful flight. The investigation is ongoing and more information may be released as it becomes available.

She served 6 months in the Arizona Department of Correction and was released in November of 2012. According to the AZ Department of Correction she was also charged with Theft while in prison. In her most recent arrest she is being charged with Participation in a Criminal Street Gang, Participation in a Criminal Syndicate and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She is being held on a $55,000 bond.

Cruz is being held on a $130,000 bond.
Tony Cruz Sr.
Tony Cruz Sr. is serving a 28-year sentence for AGGRAVATED ASSAULT repetitive and dangerous, Dangerous crimes against children, Misconduct involving weapons and Burglary in the 3rd degree he was also found guilty of Cruelty to Animals after he shot a horse during an altercation at the end of Golden Hills Rd in Central Heights in 2011. The horse did recover but suffered physiological damage.
